CLOUDY SAMPLES PRODUCT LICENCE AGREEMENT

Please read the terms of the following software licence agreement
before using this software.

1. The product sources, audio samples, MIDI files and all data included in this product remain the property of Cloudy Samples and are licensed as Royalty-Free licence, so once purchased, you can freely use them in your commercial and personal releases without having to pay any hidden costs or crediting the software producer.

2. All lending, renting, copying, duplicating, trading or reselling of this product or its contents is strictly prohibited. You also cannot upload or download this product, or any of the files included in it, to any file database or server. In effect, any such action is piracy, is therefore illegal and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The right to use enclosed sources and sounds is granted to the original end-user of the product (Licensee) and is not transferable – you cannot sell this product second hand.

3. You can use them to record any type of audio production for personal or commercial use, for example: making records, tracks, music, remixes, commercials, jingles and commissioned pieces, soundtracks for film, theatre, musicals, computer games, multimedia and more. You can freely use and modify these sounds and you don’t have to credit Cloudy Samples as an original producer.

4. This product can not be used as part of a sampling product or sold directly, as a soundware product. Licensor will not be responsible if the contents of this product do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee. The sounds provided are licensed „as is” without warranties of any kind.
